You agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, or resell SerpIntelligence for any purpose.
User Content
By using SerpIntelligence, you may optimize content between our Google Add-on Software and your SerpIntelligence Dashboard of Reports (“User Content”).
You agree that you will not submit any User Content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringes on any third party’s intellectual property rights.
Intellectual Property
All related trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of SerpIntelligence. You may not use any of these marks without the prior written permission of SerpIntelligence.
Disclaimer of Warranties
SerpIntelligence is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SerpIntelligence does not warrant that our Google Add-on will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SerpIntelligence be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Google Add-on.
Changes to the Agreement
SerpIntelligence reserves the right to modify or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of SerpIntelligence after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
